Absolutely fantastic experience. Having owned my previous car for 16 years, I was nervous about changing vehicles, but Kalvin was extremely professional, and patient, and did all the hard work for me. He only presented cars that met my brief and then when we found "the one" he helped me with all the registration and retention of cherished number forms.
